Navalshore will present Businesses again in 15 minutes

Fair returns to schedule between industry and suppliers, after a decade. Until the 31st, it is possible to guarantee exhibition spaces at a promotional price.

Navalshore, in its 16th edition, will once again present the event called "Negócios em 15 minutos" after a decade. This initiative will put companies with a buyer profile and suppliers of goods and services face to face in pre-scheduled meetings.

With the demobilization in recent years, part of the naval industry lost connection between the purchasing departments and their suppliers. But with a promising scenario being announced, "start ups" emerge and traditional brands — national and international — are once again seeing opportunities in the country, especially in the offshore segment.

"Negócios em 15 minutos" seeks to bring suppliers, their products and services closer together.

For the organizers, the time is ripe to promote these meetings again. For years suffering from a lack of large orders, the shipbuilding industry is beginning to mobilize for the new cycle that is announced with the development of production in the pre-salt fields, as a result of auctions by the National Agency of Petroleum and Natural Gas ( ANP).

Entrepreneurs in the naval sector estimate that in the second half of this year the offshore market begins to reheat.

STABLE MARKET

With 60% of the fair's space sold, Marintec - Navalshore remains a reference and mandatory meeting point for the naval industry in Brazil.

One of the trump cards of the traditional fair created by Portos e Navios magazine is attributed to segments that remain stable and immune to the crisis, such as tugboats and service vessels — such as the river naval industry.

Repair, maintenance and decommissioning of platforms are other niches on the radar of shipyards and suppliers.

The heating up of the military naval industry is also on the radar of suppliers, as the contracting phase for products and services for the frigate's projects for the Brazilian Navy will soon begin.

OPPORTUNITY

Marintec - Navalshore will be held from August 11 to 13 at the SulAmérica Convention Center, in Rio de Janeiro. Until Friday (31), it is possible to guarantee exhibition space at a promotional price.

Marintec - Navalshore has the support of the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industry (Abimaq), National Union of the Naval and Offshore Construction and Repair Industry (Sinaval), National Union of Maritime Navigation Companies (Syndarma), Brazilian Association of Companies Maritime Support (Abeam) and the Brazilian Association of Cabotage Shipowners (Abac).
