With over 37 years of operation, our company has been a prominent figure in over 450 projects, focusing particularly on the control of pipeline and metal structure manufacturing. Our presence spans across various sectors such as refineries, FPSOs, power plants, alcohol plants, mining conveyor constructions, pulp mills, and boiler shops, both domestically in Brazil and internationally, encompassing countries like China, Singapore, Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina.

To ensure precision and efficiency in our processes, we utilize our proprietary software, namely ControlTUB (for Pipelines) and ControlSTRU (for Metal Structures). These programs utilize engineering information such as spools, joints, manufacturing and assembly drawings, along with quality data from welders and inspectors. Considering detailed planning, such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and manufacturing and assembly priorities, our software schedules manufacturing and oversees all fabrication activities specific to each joint type or TAG, as well as assembly activities. This is managed through reports and managerial maps.

Automation is a cornerstone of our process, where technical inspection reports are automatically generated through field records using mobile devices. Furthermore, production progress data is employed to update all managerial reports through synchronization with mobile systems. Another feature provided is the generation and scanning of QR Code labels, simplifying the identification of materials, spools, and manufacturing drawings. All these resources are available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, aiming for accessibility and the globalization of our services.
