Combining experience and innovation, the BELOV shipyard, located at Aratu Bay-BA, has a production capacity of 5,000T/year for manufacturing, repairs and structural reinforcements of vessels in marine steel and aluminum.
With a 110,000m2 plant and a specialized engineering team, it performs decommissioning services for ships and fixed and floating platforms and the development of DP1 and DP2 certified vessels. Using the methodology of block construction and advanced finishing, we carry out unilateral welds with ceramic back in the TIG and MIG processes, with a dedicated pipe-shop area and pipe welding carried out in the TIG process.
As an assembly shipyard, the main equipment such as portholes, deck equipment, fenders, thrusters, lining and finishing are supplied by first-rate companies in the national or international marine market.
We produce internationally award-winning, sustainable and innovative designs, such as our diesel-electric dive support vessel, DP-2 hydrojet propulsion and we continue to innovate with the construction of the world's first hybrid maneuvering pushers.
